Kaitūhono/Connector Services

Our Kaitūhono or Connectors are people who understand the Disability Support Services (DSS) from MSD. They can help you to find your dream, make a plan and connect with your local community.

Our service is built on Enabling Good Lives and Whāia Te Ao Mārama. Many of our Kaitūhono are disabled people.

Our services are free and available to eligible people in the MidCentral region (Palmerston North) only. Other Kaitūhono services are available in other regions.
